We are currently seeking a Director of Club Operations to join our executive team, drive operations, and further enhance the member experience.

Job Qualifications

• Solid experience in managing multiple departments in the hospitality industry, preferably in a private club setting
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
• Proven track of financial performance
• Strong skills in food and beverage management
• Experience in maintaining and enhancing high standards of member services
• Experience in building and maintaining a healthy calendar of member events
• Familiarity with local health and safety regulations

Job Responsibilities

As the Director of Club Operations, you will be:

• Directly responsible for Food and Beverage, Locker Rooms, Housekeeping, and Maintenance departments
• Enhancing members' service across all departments in collaboration with Golf, Administration, Course Maintenance, Tennis, and Pool Departments
• Responsible for the general maintenance and cleanliness of the clubhouse facility
• Ensuring food and beverage service meet our high-quality standards
• Working in partnership with all departments to build youth programming
• Collaborating with planning vendors and club leadership for execution during construction phases
