Director of Club Operations | Exclusive Resort Club | Location Confidential | $90,000-$105,000

Nestled in an idyllic setting, our club offers top-notch amenities, including a renowned golf course, top-tier dining experiences, state-of-the-art tennis facilities, and various leisure and recreational activities. Our dedication to providing an unparalleled member experience sets us apart within an industry where high standards are the norm. We are currently seeking a Director of Club Operations to join our executive team, drive operations, and further enhance the member experience.
Job Qualifications
- Solid experience in managing multiple departments in the hospitality industry, preferably in a private club setting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
- Proven track of financial performance
- Strong skills in food and beverage management
- Experience in maintaining and enhancing high standards of member services
- Experience in building and maintaining a healthy calendar of member events
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations
Job Responsibilities
As the Director of Club Operations, you will be:
- Directly responsible for Food and Beverage, Locker Rooms, Housekeeping, and Maintenance departments
- Enhancing members' service across all departments in collaboration with Golf, Administration, Course Maintenance, Tennis, and Pool Departments
- Responsible for the general maintenance and cleanliness of the clubhouse facility
- Ensuring food and beverage service meet our high-quality standards
- Working in partnership with all departments to build youth programming
- Collaborating with planning vendors and club leadership for execution during construction phases
