Food and Beverage Director


Base Salary: $160,000–$170,000

Bonus Potential: Up to 30%


We are seeking an experienced and driven Food and Beverage Director to lead and elevate our culinary and dining operations. If you have a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences while managing multi-faceted food and beverage operations, this is the opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategy, execution, and profitability of all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, catering, and in-room dining.
  • Develop and implement high-performance operational standards to ensure consistent quality and service excellence.
  • Lead and mentor department managers and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to create and execute financial plans that achieve revenue, cost control, and profitability targets.
  • Partner with the culinary team to ensure cohesive menu development, incorporating seasonal trends and guest preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, applying data-driven solutions to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and staff retention initiatives to build and maintain a best-in-class F&B team.
  • Align food and beverage positioning with overall brand strategy, contributing to the overall guest experience.
  • Drive creative strategies for boosting F&B revenue through events, promotions, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive leadership roles in hospitality food and beverage operations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • History of successfully managing budgets, forecasting, and driving revenue growth in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of current food and beverage trends, guest insights, and operational best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
