Location: Decatur, GA.

Salary, Benefits & Perks: $80,000 to $85,000 with insurance, 401K matching, and paid time off.

We are searching for an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Director to join our growing team, overseeing our bustling corporate dining scene. A Day in the Life of a Food and Beverage Director

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our corporate dining facilities are top-notch and operating smoothly.

Your duties will include:
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of culinary professionals.
  • Overseeing daily food production and meal planning.
  • Creating and implementing menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and promoting a culture of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to continually improve our offerings.
  • Collaborating with vendors, facility managers, and other stakeholders to provide an exceptional dining experience.
  • Managing budgets and working within financial parameters.
Requirements for Success
To thrive as a Foodservice Director in our organization, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a foodservice management role, preferably in corporate dining.
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals.
  • Excellence in budget management and financial decision-making.
  • A deep understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • A passion for food quality, nutrition, and creating memorable dining experiences.
