Director of Food and Beverage
Job Description
- Supervising and mentoring a team of culinary professionals.
- Overseeing daily food production and meal planning.
- Creating and implementing menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and promoting a culture of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to continually improve our offerings.
- Collaborating with vendors, facility managers, and other stakeholders to provide an exceptional dining experience.
- Managing budgets and working within financial parameters.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a foodservice management role, preferably in corporate dining.
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals.
- Excellence in budget management and financial decision-making.
- A deep understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- A passion for food quality, nutrition, and creating memorable dining experiences.
