Title of Position: Director of Housekeeping
The Director of Housekeeping of this resort will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations of the hotel including management, overseeing the kitchen staff and chef, the guest services manager, event coordinators, front of house manager, head housekeeper, and maintenance positions. The Director of Housekeeping provides leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of service expectations, maximizing operations, overall guest satisfaction to maximize full profitability. The Director of Housekeeping must enforce company policies, such as staff uniforms, scheduling, and assisting of ownership in all aspects of business planning. The ideal manager must be able and willing to fill in for any other position when needed.

- The ideal Director of Housekeeping will have at least 5 to 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, as well as at least 3 to 4 years of experience as a manager
- The Director of Housekeeping should have a university degree or diploma in hotel management
- The Director of Housekeeping should have strong leadership and management skills
- Available to work holidays, weekends, evenings, as well as when needed
