Our first restaurant opened up with one mission in mind: providing underserved areas in Southern California with access to healthier dining options at affordable prices. We created a concept and menu with no fried food, no preservatives, refined grains, or any artificial flavoring. Each meal that is bought goes towards helping areas under-served with healthy dining options. Our passion to help others has garnered national attention and investment, and we are ready to expand in the area. We currently have 5 locations open now, 3 under construction, and our goal is to have over dozen restaurants open by the end of 2019.

Job Description: Our Director of Marketing needs to understand that this is a true startup environment, and he comfortable in a situation where things can change on the daily. He/She will be responsible for driving same store sales, marketing new products, and enhancing all of the brands we operate. Our Director of Marketing will oversee the building of our Marketing Department and Social Media Strategy. Specifically, this person should have a strong understanding of Paid Social Media and how to leverage it in a cost effective way. This individual will work to develop Marketing/Media plans and execute them to adapt through different markets in the area. He/She should have experience with creating catchy signage along with experience in a variety of digital marketing methods. This individual should be experienced in strategic marketing planning, product development, and branding. He/she will take charge and establish our Annual Marketing Calendar and successfully execute events. The Director of Marketing will lead new product innovation, from idea generation to in-store testing. The person in this Director of Marketing role will analyze sales performance of these tests and promotion to determine its effectiveness. He/She will be in charge of developing our social media campaigns along with building local store marketing programs and loyalty app functionality.


  • Minimum of 5+ years of Director-level Marketing experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry
  • Prior Marketing experience with a QSR concept a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; Marketing or Communication Major preferred
  • Strong track record of developing, planning and executing successful local store marketing initiatives
  • Knowledge and experience in all aspects of marketing (media, creative, planning, Social media, analysis, database)
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and cohesively with a team
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills

Rob made the transition over to the recruiting side of the business with Gecko Hospitality in 2005.  Rob is responsible for the Southern California area for Gecko Hospitality.  When not working, Rob likes to spend as much time as possible being outside enjoying the lifestyle that Southern California offers, spending time with his 3 daughters. Rob is big MI State and Detroit sports fan.
