Responsibilities:
- You'll lead and mentor General Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline operations and ensure consistency across all locations.
- Drive financial performance by analyzing key metrics and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Do you have 5+ years of experience in multi-unit operations management within the food or hospitality industry?
- Can you demonstrate a proven track record of successfully scaling operations and achieving business objectives?
- Are your leadership skills strong enough to motivate and inspire teams?
- Do you possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities?
