Director of Operations
Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the Director of Operations at our iconic and destination venue located in the heart of Washington, DC. This high-profile senior role requires leadership and a depth of experience with events, restaurant operations, and beverage/wine programs.
About the Role:
As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing a full team of direct reports from the Event Director to the Executive Chef and the F&B General Manager. Experience with a $10M+ portfolio as well as premium event experience is essential.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive base salary in the $150,000 range along with extensive paid time off, floating holidays, and top-tier benefits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Extensive experience in event management, restaurant operations, and beverage/wine programs
- Experience managing a large team of direct reports
- Experience working with a $10M+ portfolio
- Premium event experience
