Title of Position: Director of Restaurants
Job Description: Making certain all budget and financial projections are achieved including setting sales targets while maximizing sales and profitability. The Director of Restaurants will oversee the recruiting, and retaining top quality management candidates, developing continuous training and development systems to enhance staff performance and delivery of customer service to ensure that appropriate staffing levels are achieved. The Director of Restaurants will also oversee procedures for the control of cash, property, product and equipment and conduct audits to guarantee compliance with labor and safety regulations. The Director of Restaurants will also be responsible for providing the entire team with a stimulating and supportive environment.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years’ Multi-Unit Management experience in an Upscale/Fine Dining setting
  • Must have proven performance in growing sales, training and developing employees and controlling costs
  • A solid track record in achieving financial results
  • The Director of Restaurants must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Must have excellent organizational, planning, communication, and inter-personal skills
