Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Restaurants - $160K Base Salary+ to join our team! You will be responsible for providing high-level leadership to 7-8 senior General Managers/Directors and 60+ indirect reports (Managers/chefs/supervisors)

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary/ops activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
