Title of Position: Director of Sales

Job Description: As the Director of Sales for our company you will lead hotels in developing and executing strategic and proactive direct sales efforts. You will need to meet or exceed top-line revenue and RevPar Index goals, along with working with the team on developing and executing a strong pricing and revenue management problem. As the Director of Sales you will motivate, evaluate, and review sales personnel; communicate company goals and objectives. Hotel Sales experience is a must. The Director of Sales must have an outgoing personality and great people skills. Attention to detail and organization and having the knowledge of local area and contacts is preferred. As the Director of Sales, you must have Full-Service and/or Boutique Hotel brand experience.
