Our client is a growing national brand who is expanding their sales catering operation and has a need for a sales-focused leader who can manage a team of catering and events sales managers, full-service catering program, create and develop a diverse client list, delegate tasks to ensure successful execution, and work seamlessly with the operations and marketing teams. 

Responsibilities: • Leads a team of Catering & Events Sales Managers and Sales Specialists • Responsible to achieve goals for 3rd party sales, large catering venues and additional corporate industries • Manage relationship with all 3rd party relationships, Growing, Maintain it • Creates and delivers all training curriculum as assigned pertaining to the sales team role. • Executes all Catering Sales Specialists duties, including direct selling when needed. • Provides support of the sales team as requested with the day-to-day routines.
