Title of Position: Director of Sales and Events

Job Description: As the Director of Sales for our company you will lead in developing and executing strategic and proactive direct sales efforts. You will need to meet or exceed top-line revenue goals, along with working with the team on developing and executing a strong pricing and revenue management base. As the Director of Sales and Events you will motivate, evaluate, and review sales personnel; communicate company goals and objectives. Restaurant or Event Sales experience is a must. The Director of Sales/Events must have an outgoing personality and great people skills. Attention to detail and organization and having the knowledge of local area and contacts is preferred. As the Director of Sales & Events you must have full-service brand experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • The Director of Sales should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
  • Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Director of Sales
  • The Director of Sales must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
  • A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Director of Sales must have
  • A Director of Sales must have proven sales experience of 3+ years
