Title of Position: Restaurant Director of Sales

Job Description: The Restaurant Director of Sales will require networking skills to create strong relationships in the community and great multi-tasking abilities. Our Restaurant Director of Sales must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and must have an outgoing personality with outstanding verbal and communication skills. The Restaurant Director of Sales is responsible for meeting and exceeding the monthly and annual revenue targets. The Restaurant Director of Sales must have an outgoing personality and great people skills. Attention to detail and organization and having the knowledge of local area and contacts is preferred. As the Restaurant Director of Sales you must have full service brand experience. As the Restaurant Director of Sales you will motivate, evaluate, and review sales personnel and communicate company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the Restaurant Director of Sales
  • The Restaurant Director of Sales should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
  • A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant Director of Sales
  • The Restaurant Director of Sales should act as a “brand ambassador” for our company at all times
  • The Restaurant Director of Sales should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant Director of Sales
