Job Description
Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity? We are currently seeking a Director of Sales for our cutting-edge company based out of the Falls Church, VA office. This senior role offers a competitive base salary in the $140K range, with an additional bonus percentage.
As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing both sales operations and the systems of sales. Experience with franchise sales will be a huge plus as our confidential client is in the franchise brokerage business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive innovation
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of sales operations and systems
- Experience in franchise sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
