Position: District Manager
Salary: $65K-$70K
*Bonus Structure, Car and Phone Allowance
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of multiple restaurant locations within the district.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Lead by example, adhering to company guidelines, procedures, and values.
- Develop strategies to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Implement the company's strategic blueprint across all locations.
- Ensure financial performance and operational excellence.
- Travel as required to manage and support restaurant locations effectively.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of multi-unit management experience in a high-volume QSR or similar environment.
- Demonstrated passion for development and mentoring of team members.
- Proven track record of achieving solid financial results.
- High levels of honesty, integrity, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to provide consistent support to the success of the operation.
