Title of Position: Restaurant District Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant District Manager must be able to provide leadership, coaching and direction to their patch of restaurants through people development and improved restaurant operations. This will help maximize the long-term sales and profit of each restaurant. The Restaurant District Manager must consistently demonstrate Our Company’s values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships with Restaurant Management Team and other staff. Our Restaurant District Manager must display professional image and be able to engage staff to build the business. The individual in this Restaurant District Manager position must be able to train staff to manage food cost, labor, maintenance costs, planned maintenance of equipment etc. The ability to execute new products and promotions at a high level is a part of this Restaurant District Manager role.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of current Restaurant District Manager experience overseeing a minimum of 6 locations
- Chain Restaurant background preferred
- Strong track record of hiring and developing talented Managers
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
- Dedication to excellent food quality and ensuring our restaurants maintain high levels of hygiene and consistency
- Understands Profit and Loss Reports, Food Cost, Inventory, Food Safety and Sanitation Requirements
- Outstanding oral, written, and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)

Rob made the transition over to the recruiting side of the business with Gecko Hospitality in 2005. Rob is responsible for the Southern California area for Gecko Hospitality. When not working, Rob likes to spend as much time as possible being outside enjoying the lifestyle that Southern California offers, spending time with his 3 daughters. Rob is big MI State and Detroit sports fan.
