Job Description:Â The District Manager will oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, and terminating personnel. The District Manager must ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently followed, and that health, safety, and security standards are met. Additionally, the District Manager will work with the Management Team to maintain fully staffed restaurants, analyze financials, and build profits. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:
- The District Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
- Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the District Manager
- The District Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
- A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the District Manager
- This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a District Manager
