Job Description
District Manager - Quick Serve Restaurant Concept (Atlanta, GA)
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic District Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple quick serve restaurant locations across the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, managing operational excellence, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability across multiple restaurant locations
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and inventory management
- Ensure that all locations meet company standards for cleanliness, quality, and customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Hire, train, and develop store managers and other team members
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a district or multi-unit management role in the quick serve restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive sales and manage operational excellence
- Experience managing profit and loss statements and budgets
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
