Title of Position: Restaurant District Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant District Manager must be able to provide leadership, coaching and direction to their patch of restaurants through people development and improved restaurant operations. This will help maximize the long-term sales and profit of each restaurant. The Restaurant District Manager must consistently demonstrate Our Company’s values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships with Restaurant Management Team and other staff. The ability to display professional image and be able to engage staff to build the business is a vital part of the Restaurant District Manager. Our Restaurant District Manager must be able to train staff to manage food cost, labor, maintenance costs, planned maintenance of equipment etc. Must be able to execute new products and promotions at a high level.

- 3-5 years of current Restaurant District Manager experience overseeing a minimum of 5 stores
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize and expedite job responsibilities and initiatives
- Has a sense of urgency, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has guest focus mentality
- The ability to work with a high degree of independence
- Ability to drive sales and guest service initiatives by motivating team members
- Thorough understanding of Profit and Loss Reports, Food Cost, Inventory, Food Safety and Sanitation Requirement
- Ability to hire, train and develop Solid Management Teams

When not working, Rob likes to spend as much time as possible being outside enjoying the lifestyle that Southern California offers, spending time with his 3 daughters.
