District Manager - Richmond Virginia Campus Dining Segment

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to join our team in the Richmond, Virginia area, focusing on the Campus Dining segment. This senior role offers a competitive base salary of $125,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401K, generous PTO (3 weeks vacation), health/dental, life insurance, and top-tier benefits. Additionally, an automobile allowance for travel will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing multiple units with direct reports of 10 and indirect reports of 100+
Utilizing excellent communication skills and in-depth P&L knowledge
Effectively managing talent within the district
Previous experience within a contract foodservice segment, particularly in campus dining or higher education national accounts, is essential

Requirements:

Proven multi-unit/senior equivalent experience within the contract foodservice segment
Strong background in campus dining or higher education national accounts
Exceptional communication skills and talent management abilities
