What You’ll Do as a Restaurant General Manager

• Lead by Example: Inspire your team to deliver a world-class guest experience and exceed operational goals.
• Oversee Daily Operations: Implement smooth processes that ensure food quality, safety compliance, and efficient shifts.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.

• A driven, enthusiastic mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prior experience with new store openings is a plus but not required.
