Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: Up to $80,000, depending upon experience

Your Role:
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for procuring the highest quality products to create unforgettable dishes that surprise and delight our guests at every bite. You will lead by example, encouraging staff development while promoting a positive experience for both staff and guests. Key responsibilities include:
- Culinary Leadership: Overseeing and managing food and service quality, creating consistent and high standards across all operational procedures.
- Community Engagement: Engaging with the local community and showcasing your passion for food.
- Strategic Planning: Proactively creating and executing strategic business objectives across recruitment, finance, legal, and restaurant operations (FOH/BOH).
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in forecasting financial trends to control labor, food, and beverage costs.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience managing the line in high-volume, upscale, and food-focused environments.
- Strong passion for food and engaging with the local community.
- Ability to lead and encourage staff development while promoting a positive experience for staff and guests to achieve P&L goals.
- Extensive experience in overseeing and managing food and service quality.
- Knowledgeable in assessing and implementing service standards with consistency across operational procedures.
- Proactive in creating and carrying out strategic business objectives across recruitment, finance, legal, and restaurant operations
Work Schedule:
Your schedule may vary (days, nights, weekends, holidays) based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation.
