Title of Position: Event Manager/Liaison
Job Description: As the Event Manager/Liaison, your role is vital in ensuring the seamless execution of events within our organization. You will serve as the bridge between our Sales Team and the Event Team, responsible for executing signed contracts and providing detailed instructions to ensure a successful event experience. Building strong relationships with clients and being their main point of contact throughout the event planning process is a key aspect of your role. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing events, managing social media and website, approving event coordinator responsibilities, and maintaining effective communication with the Sales Team. Additionally, on a weekly basis, you will handle tasks such as final appointments, payroll management, invoice submission, coordination with vendors, and client follow-ups and reviews. On a monthly/quarterly basis, you will focus on licensing, HR requirements, menu streamlining, staff meetings, bank reconciliation, and sales/event team meetings. With your expertise and commitment to excellence, you will contribute to our success in the hospitality industry and establish our credibility in providing executive and management positions.

· The Event Manager/Liaison must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a high-volume catering or events setting

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and staff members is required for the Event Manager/Liaison
