Event and Catering Sales Manager

This is an exciting DC/Northern Virginia based opening for an Events, Catering Sales Manager opportunity.
The ideal background with have a blended background for a hybrid role encompassing event management, execution and business development.
The ideal candidate may also have additional experience with local marketing, social media platforms, promotions and local marketing.
This venue operates in the premium segment with high end clients, DC circuit clients as well as relationships with major businesses in the area.

Ideal experience profile will be 3+ years in the local area. The role requires strong organizational skills, sales prospecting, a book of business and the ability to multi-task whilst meeting deadlines.
Supervising a small team of direct reports will also be a part of this role.
