What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in fine dining/high-volume settings.
• Expertise in Asian cuisine and open flame cooking techniques.
• Exceptional leadership to motivate, manage, and support kitchen staff.
• Strong business acumen in cost control, workflow optimization, and labor management.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays (55–60 hours per week).
