What You'll Do:
- Lead and Mentor a talented kitchen team.
- Innovate Menus using seasonal, high-quality ingredients.
- Manage Kitchen Operations including food preparation, inventory, and staff training.
- Collaborate on Events such as private dinners and catering services.
- Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Drive Profitability through effective cost management.

Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a scratch kitchen setting with a focus on innovative, high-quality cuisine.
- Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills to guide and motivate kitchen staff.
- Proficiency in managing food and labor costs to meet budgetary goals and maintain profitability.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to ensuring compliance.
- Prior experience in planning and executing special events and promotions, with a focus on private dinners and catering services.
- Exceptional inventory management skills, including ordering and maintaining inventory levels.
- Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and a passion for incorporating new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings.
- Previous experience with new restaurant openings.
