Job Description
Executive Chef for Exciting Local Upscale Mexican Concept
We are seeking a talented and creative Executive Chef to join our team at an exciting local upscale Mexican concept. If you have a passion for creating innovative and authentic Mexican cuisine, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop menu items that align with our concept and brand
- Oversee kitchen operations and manage the culinary team
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste are met or exceeded
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Train staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service for guests

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef within the restaurant industry, specifically in Mexican cuisine. Other qualifications include:
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for cooking and creating new dishes
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a commercial kitchen
- Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
