Our kitchen is fully staffed with talented individuals. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee the FOH and BOH restaurant staff, supported by a terrific supervisory team.
Title of Position: Executive Chef
Job Description:
The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the restaurant. You will ensure guest satisfaction by managing the day-to-day operations, maintaining control over purchasing and receiving standards, and collaborating with the food and beverage manager. You'll also develop new menu offerings and recipes to match the seasons, update production methods, and inspect all food service functions to meet standards. Additionally, you'll lead and develop the careers of the entire restaurant staff.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with a Culinary degree or a minimum of five years of industry experience
- Ability to manage and motivate others while acting as a role model
- Proven success in controlling costs related to food, labor, and beverage
- Trust, honesty, integrity, and a passion for customer satisfaction
