Executive Chef of Gourmet Production.
This is a very rare opportunity for a highs-end Executive Chef – production to head up a new facility in the DC area.
The ideal chef will have high-end culinary experience coupled with recent production experience.
1000 + meals per day, critical for farm to table, locally sourced with attention to detail.
The chef will oversee a new satellite facility for the parent company.
The Executive Chef will receive premium compensation in the $100K base range with stock options and other long-term incentives.
A diverse culinary background will be preferred encompassing boutique, Michelin star or similar concepts coupled with some high-volume production experience.
HACCP knowledge a plus.
The role will be DC based and the Executive Chef will oversee ground up build and conversion for the local hub.
