We are an upscale, fine dining restaurant located in the heart of Atlanta, GA. Our dishes blend contemporary sophistication and timeless classics to create a unique dining experience for our guests. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef who will continue the legacy of our renowned culinary excellence.

A Day in the Life of an Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef, you will be the mastermind behind our exceptional menu. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Developing innovative and creative dishes that delight and surprise our guests
  • Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including staff management, training, and scheduling
  • Ensuring consistently high-quality food preparation and presentation 
  • Managing inventory, food costs, labor costs, and kitchen expenses
  • Collaborating with the management team on special events, promotions, and menu updates
  • Upholding the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
Requirements for Success: We're Looking for a Culinary Virtuoso!
To be a perfect fit for this role, you should have:
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment
  • Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a diverse team
  • A deep understanding of food, wine, and culinary trends
  • Culinary arts degree or equivalent credentials
  • A passion for creating unique, artistic, and delectable dishes
