Job Description
- Develop and execute a creative and diverse menu that aligns with our concept and meets the highest quality standards.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation.
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies for success.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment.
- Exceptional culinary skills and creativity to craft innovative dishes that excite customers.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and mentor a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
