Title of Position- Executive Chef

Job Description: As our Executive Chef you’ll be responsible for overseeing all back of the house and kitchen operations. Recruiting, training and developing the culinary staff will be expected of our Executive Chef. A welcoming and professional atmosphere will be ensured by our Executive Chef. New policies, procedures and menu items will be implemented by the Executive Chef. An organized and sanitary kitchen and preparation area must be sustained before, during and after all services. Ensuring 100% recipe adherence and food quality will be the responsibility of the Executive Chef. Administrative duties such as product ordering, food inventory and culinary staff scheduling will all be responsibilities of the Executive Chef. Excellent leadership and communication skills will be essential to ensure front and back of the house employees can work together seamlessly. As the Executive Chef you’ll create a pleasant working environment focused around teamwork and always remain positive and professional.

Qualifications:

·       The Executive Chef must have high volume ($3 Million) restaurant management experience of at least 3 years

·       A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Executive Chef

·       A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Executive Chef

·       The Executive Chef must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

·       The Executive Chef should be a leader that others want to follow.
