Executive Chef - High Volume, Polished American Cuisine in Ithaca, New York
We are seeking a creative and effective Restaurant Executive Chef for our well-known restaurant in Ithaca, New York. Our establishment is renowned for its polished American cuisine, and we are looking for a culinary expert to maintain and elevate our reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage kitchen operations
- Develop and plan menus
- Ensure quality and presentation of dishes
- Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive chef or relevant role over $5 Million annual unit volume
- Exceptional culinary skill
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Proficient in cost and budget management
- Relocate to Ithaca, NY (paid relocation available)
- Culinary school graduate
This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, plus a $20,000 bonus. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package and paid relocation. If you are passionate about quality cuisine and ready to lead a dynamic kitchen team, we would love to hear from you.
