Are you a culinary visionary with a passion for excellence in fine dining? We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. This role offers a unique opportunity to create extraordinary dining experiences in a renowned steakhouse, leveraging state-of-the-art kitchen facilities and a collaborative work environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative menu concepts that align with our brand and customer preferences.
  • Oversee the entire kitchen operation, ensuring food preparation, cooking, and presentation meet the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor the kitchen team, providing guidance on culinary techniques, safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Manage food and labor costs by creating efficient kitchen schedules, monitoring inventory, and recommending menu pricing adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve financial goals, continuously improving overall restaurant performance.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and implement new cooking methods or technology to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record in high-end or fine dining establishments.
  • Exceptional knowledge of culinary techniques, food presentation, and menu development, with a focus on steakhouse cuisines.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume kitchen with attention to detail, delivering consistent, high-quality dishes to guests.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing culinary talent.
  • Solid understanding of financial aspects of kitchen management, including food and labor costs, menu pricing, and budgeting.
  • Up-to-date with culinary trends and innovative cooking methods, committed to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Certification from a culinary school or degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring a safe and clean kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with the management team.
