Title of Position – Executive Chef/ Head Chef / Pastry Chef
Job Description: Be part of a fast-growing company committed to not just serving the best cookies & coffees but building a national brand. We all do a little bit of everything &and will roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty to help a colleague out. Your day will include on-boarding and training all new BOH team members. The Chef manages a small team of 8-10 cooks.You will schedule team members and timely post the work schedules. Effectively communicate with the Regional Culinary Directors and any store leaders. Take ownership of the kitchen, the team and the quality of production, and provide consistent and quality products. A top priority is to ensure the safety, sanitation and cleanliness policies, protocols and government regulations, and possession of a food handlers' certificate.

Skills and Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of management and/or leadership experience required (service industry preferred)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Smart, no ego, upbeat, friendly, & efficiency oriented
  • Must provide proof upon hire of legal status to work in the United States
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain deadlines and prioritize while running an effective shift
  • *COVID-19 considerations: Employees must present a Covid-19 vaccine and are required to wear a mask
