Title of Position – Executive Chef
Job Description: As our Executive Chef, you will lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional food that meets the highest standards of quality and food safety. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who can effectively lead and mentor their team. The right candidate will also possess strong vendor management skills, ensuring the procurement of the freshest ingredients at competitive prices. In addition, they will have a solid understanding of P&L management and be able to perform cost analysis.

3-5 years of high-volume Kitchen Management experience is required for the Executive Chef position
Proven track record in creating a safe work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development
Successful experience in cost control, including food, labor, and beverage costs

Effective delegation skills while maintaining control
