About Us:
We’re launching a premier dining destination that blends elevated Southern cuisine with an inviting pub atmosphere. With a focus on unique and delectable meals, we’re committed to delivering outstanding dishes impeccable service, and a memorable guest experience that resembles more of a private club environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team to bring culinary excellence to life.
- Design innovative, seasonal menus highlighting fresh, local ingredients.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and strict quality control.
- Collaborate with management to meet financial objectives, including food and labor costs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and culinary creativity.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of culinary management experience, with minimum 2 years as an Executive Chef.
- Expertise in upscale casual or fine dining environments.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in the kitchen and leads by example.
- Knowledge of seafood preparation and Italian wines/beverage pairings is a plus.
- Strong financial management skills and a passion for culinary innovation.
