Title of Position - Executive Chef
Job Description: The Executive Chef will work together with the Management Team centering on building relationships with our kitchen personnel and Team Members, increasing sales numbers through ensuring food is prepared properly in a sparkling clean and safe environment. The person in this position will be held accountable for your Team Members' performance in the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for training their team in delivering great quality food, good flavor profiles, beautiful plate presentation and educating staff in company policies regarding proper food handling. Our Kitchen Manager must be a "take charge" individual who can effectively correct any issues with Team Members and kitchen procedures to ensure all people are performing up to company standard.
- Competitive Salary up to $85,000 plus bonus and benefits
- This position requires a minimum of 4 years' experience as a Executive Chef in a high-volume, made from scratch environment
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Executive Chef
- A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Executive Chef
- The Executive Chef must live by a kitchen forward philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
- Open availability to work is a requirement for the Executive Chef
