We are seeking a Professional Executive Chef with leadership skills and high energy to run a high-volume kitchen. You must have the skill to run a kitchen with sales that exceed $3.5M This is a scratch kitchen, high volume production kitchen. You must be skilled, focused, driven and ready to work. You will lead a team to produce quality recipes and consistency. You will be given clear expectations and a no-nonsense environment. When you do well you will be rewarded.

Title of Position - Executive Chef
Job Description: The Executive Chef will work together with the Management Team centering on building relationships with our kitchen personnel and Team Members, increasing sales numbers through ensuring food is prepared properly in a clean and safe environment. The person in this position will be held accountable for your Team Members' performance in the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for training their team in delivering great quality food, good flavor profiles, beautiful plate presentation and educating staff in company policies regarding proper food handling. Our Kitchen Manager must be a "take charge" individual who can effectively correct any issues with Team Members and kitchen procedures to ensure all people are performing up to company standards.

Qualifications:
•This position requires a minimum of 4 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, made from scratch environment
•A true desire to mentor and develop others as a Chef
•A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Executive Chef
•The Executive Chef must live by a kitchen forward philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
•Open availability to work is a requirement for the Executive Chef
