We're currently looking for an Executive Chef for our location in the DC area. We're looking for someone with abundant energy, a drive to succeed, and a passion for the food they serve. The Executive Chef we're looking for should have:
• 3+ years of current Executive Chef experience at an Upscale, Fine Dining, or Upscale Casual Restaurant
• Experience with various international cuisines
• High Volume Background; must have experience managing restaurants that are doing over $4 million in sales per year
• Ability to maintain high standards of Food Quality and Hygiene
• Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
• Experience building strong BOH hourly employees
