The Executive Chef at thes Ristorante will be the custodian of our storied culinary legacy. This role requires a chef who respects tradition while also being attuned to evolving culinary trends. You will be responsible for the entire kitchen operation, ensuring that every dish echoes the rich history of the our family while meeting contemporary tastes.
Curate, develop, and refine the menu in keeping with our classic Italian heritage.
Manage kitchen staff, providing training and mentorship to ensure high-quality outputs.
Oversee inventory, sourcing of ingredients, and vendor relationships, emphasizing our commitment to quality.
Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the management team to create memorable dining experiences and special events.
Continuously research and innovate, keeping Luciana's at the forefront of Italian dining.
Ensure cost-effective operations while upholding our standards of excellence.
Extensive experience as a chef, with a focus on Italian cuisine.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing kitchen teams.
Excellent knowledge of ingredients, culinary techniques, and current industry trends.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute a high-quality menu.

Lucas Andrews has over 15 years of experience in restaurant operations and another 5 of that being in recruiting and onboarding and leadership experience. During high school, Lucas began his career as a busser and moved up the ranks and was a part of the managing team within three years while going to college. Lucas had held many different management positions before transitioning into recruitment.
He grew up in a suburb of Roseville in Northern California, then moved to Southern California to pursue his successful restaurant management career. Lucas’s’ ability to see talent and passion for others makes him an exceptional recruiter.
Lucas is a devoted family man and spends most of his free time with his wife Ashley, and his two sons – Callum and Liam, and daughter Presley. He enjoys football, boating, basketball, hiking and fantasy sports!
