Our upscale dining restaurant is on the hunt for a talented and dedicated Executive Chef. If you're someone who loves to take the lead in the kitchen, this position might be your perfect match.
As our Executive Chef, you'll be responsible for supervising our kitchen staff, curating an innovative menu, and ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen is of the highest quality. You'll get the chance to express your creativity and showcase your culinary skills to our discerning guests.
Here's what we're looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a upscale dining setting.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A knack for leadership and a keen eye for detail.
- A deep understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
