Title of Position: Executive Chef

Job Description: Our Executive Chef must be detail oriented and highly committed to excellence. The Executive Chef must have great communication skills. As our Executive Chef you’ll be accountable for all culinary aspects of the restaurant. Selecting, coaching and developing an outstanding culinary team will be among the responsibilities of the Executive Chef. Maintaining consistently excellent cuisine is also a main function as our Executive Chef. Developing the team to exceed expectations and to abide by all safety and health standards is crucial as our Executive Chef. All back of the house administrative and financial duties will be the responsibility of the Executive Chef as well. This includes but is not limited to: managing proper inventories, product ordering, food and produce costs and culinary staff labor costs.

· The Executive Chef should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation

· Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Executive Chef

· A sold track record is achieving financial results is a must for the Executive Chef

· The Executive Chef must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others

· High volume experience of at least 8+ years of experience as an Executive Chef is a must for this position

· Certification is preferred but not required.

· Event, Catering and Banquet Experience is preferred but not required.
