Title of Position: Executive Chef
Job Description: Our Executive Chef must be detail oriented and highly committed to excellence. The Executive Chef must have great communication skills. Maintaining consistently excellent cuisine is also a main function as our Executive Chef. Developing the team to exceed expectations and to abide by all safety and health standards is crucial as our Executive Chef. All back of the house administrative and financial duties will be the responsibility of the Executive Chef as well. This includes but is not limited to: managing proper inventories, product ordering, food and produce costs and culinary staff labor costs.

- Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager experience in a Scratch Restaurant Environment

She worked her way up from an entry level position to a Service Manager and her supervisor wanted her at the highest volume location in the company. During her time there she was appointed as the mentor of the FOH training program, as well as supporting the training for four other locations. She was the mentor in her spare time while she helped open new locations! She said “Who needs rest! I’m busy!” She was the point person for new restaurant opening staffing. Always driving for success she gained skills in menu development, retail design, and marketing. Once again, she was called on to support over 20 locations by hosting monthly marketing calls, site visits, and opening new account locations.
