Title of Position: Executive Chef
Job Description: Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Develop and create innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of customers. Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with restaurant management to plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering services. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen. Stay updated on industry trends and new culinary techniques to continuously improve the menu offerings

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or food service establishment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary arts, including food production, preparation, and presentation techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with food service management software for inventory tracking and menu planning is a plus.
  • Certification from a culinary school or relevant degree is preferred.
