- In-depth knowledge of culinary arts, including food production, preparation, and presentation techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food service management software for inventory tracking and menu planning is a plus.
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant degree is preferred.
