Position Title: Executive Chef
Job Description: The Executive Chef will display leadership skills by hiring, managing, and guiding all Culinary Staff, fostering a kitchen environment built on teamwork and open to constructive feedback. The primary focus of this role is ensuring timely service of dishes that surpass our guests' expectations. Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, Fine Dining establishment
- Our Executive Chef must be reliable
- The Executive Chef must have a strong passion for developing and mentoring others. Those with a short temper need not apply.
- Ability to excel in a high-volume, fine dining setting while maintaining consistent food quality is essential for the Executive Chef
- The Executive Chef should serve as a company "brand ambassador"
