Title of Position - Executive Chef
Job Description: Every one of our locations has an Executive Chef, who contributes to their menu s unique and imaginative appeal by creating dishes tailored to each guest. Each Executive Chef strives to reflect our commitment to culinary excellence by showcasing a vast selection of menu items. Other Executive Chef duties will include but not be limited to: recruiting, training, mentoring and maintaining the highest quality culinary team available. The right candidate will know how to drive profits through cost analysis and have a strong understanding of P&L.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of current Executive Chef experience; upscale to fine dining preferred
- Culinary Degree or Chef Certification
- HACCP and Serv Safe Certification required
- A stable work history; preferred no more than two jobs in the previous five years
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and development of staff
- Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed

Her ability was recognized as she was entrusted to oversee more than 20 locations, holding monthly marketing calls, site visits, and launching of new account locations.
Central to Adele's career trajectory is her unwavering emphasis on service. Her passion for her work manifests in her relentless drive to provide superior service, going the extra mile as the norm rather than the exception. She champions an inclusive, fair, and business-strategized management style, underpinned by meticulous attention to detail. Outside of her professional sphere, Adele's life is enriched by her two sons and their shared love for sports.
