 As an Executive Chef with our Company, you will be challenged daily to maintain our traditional dishes as well as tapping into your own creative inspirations to dish up new treasures, not only for our regular restaurant guests but also for our banquet accommodations as well as our catering services.


Title of Position – Executive Chef

Job Description: A Qualified Executive Chef must have high volume, upscale experience.  Duties will include but not be limited to: recruiting, training, mentoring and maintaining the highest quality culinary team available. Must be able to drive profits through cost analysis and have a strong understanding of P&L. The Executive Chef will be responsible for all equipment sanitation and maintenance and must be able to communicate effectively to delegate such duties appropriately, diligently following the strictest standards and procedures set in place.
