Title of Position- Executive Chef
Job Description: As our Executive Chef you’ll be accountable for all culinary aspects of the restaurant. Selecting, coaching and developing an outstanding culinary team will be among the responsibilities of the Executive Chef. Maintaining consistently excellent cuisine is also a main function as our Executive Chef. Developing the team to exceed expectations and abide by corporate, safety and health standards is crucial as our Executive Chef. All back of the house administrative and financial duties will be the responsibility of the Executive Chef, as well. This includes but is not limited to: managing proper inventories, product ordering, food and produce costs and culinary staff labor costs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will assist in a cohesive partnership between front and back of the house. In order to maintain excellent quality of food and service our Executive Chef must possess spectacular organizational and leadership expertise. Our Executive Chef must also have the ability to manage front of the house functions in the event the need arises.

Ashley graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management. Ashley has worked in restaurant management for Don Pablo's and The Corner Bakery Cafe where she worked for years as a FOH Manager as well as a Catering Manager.
Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, playing tennis and golf, and cheering for her favorite sports teams.
