This is a boutique restaurant group with multiple concepts, farm to table, scratch kitchen.
The opening is for an experienced Executive Chef or a qualified Executive Sous Chef ready for the next level.
Experience in the DC market or surrounding areas with reputable, well known culinary concepts is preferred.
The ideal chef will have sales experience from $2M - $4M and have responsibility for a kitchen crew of up to 50 employees on staff.
The Executive Chef will report to the restaurant General Operations Manager and have sous chefs as direct reports.
Scratch, locally sourced product knowledge is a plus.
Salary $65K +
